General Summary

Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast‑paced finance team within QCT’s Mobile Handset Business Unit.

This role serves as the primary owner of pricing intelligence and financial modeling for the Mobile Handset Business Unit, integrating external market intelligence and internal financial data to drive pricing, margin, and strategic decisions. The role rigorously validates and challenges key market assumptions and translates these inputs into clear, decision‑ready revenue and margin outcomes through robust financial analysis.

The role also serves as the process owner for the Mobile Business Unit pricing forecast, with end‑to‑end accountability for assumptions, methodology, alignment, and forecast integrity. In addition, this position owns a competitive financial modeling and analysis framework, with full responsibility for model integrity, assumptions, scenario analysis, and executive‑level decision support. These models directly inform business strategy, investment trade‑offs, and senior leadership decision‑making.

This role also serves as the pricing lead for a large strategic customer, with direct interaction with regional executive leadership. The position requires strong ownership of financial models, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

The position will support ad hoc analysis and special projects to provide decision support for key business initiatives. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deliverables.

This is a high‑visibility opportunity to provide analysis and insights to the executive team while partnering broadly across finance and business functions, including sales, finance, operations, product management, legal, and marketing.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
• 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
• 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Pay Range And Other Compensation & Benefits

$106,400.00 - $159,600.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
