Aufgaben

General Summary:

• P&L Erstellung und Steuerung von Forecast, Budget und Reporting; Durchführung von Varianzanalysen; Koordination der Abstimmung von Ist-, Forecast- und Budgetzahlen.
• Personalkostenplanung und -steuerung von Forecast und Budget; Erstellung des Reportings; Analyse und Kommentierung von Abweichungen.
• Headcount-Controlling: Prüfung und Plausibilisierung von Personalanforderungen; Forecast und Reporting von Headcount und FTE; Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
• Kostenstellencontrolling für Produktionskostenstellen: Prüfung und Freigabe von Bestellanforderungen; Kosten- und Varianzanalysen; Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung.
• Business Partnering mit Kostenstellenverantwortlichen: Erarbeitung von Budgets und Forecasts; Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Handlungsempfehlungen.
• Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Business Cases für CAPEX- und R&D-Projekte.
• Definition, Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung relevanter KPIs und Controlling-Prozessen, -Systemen und -Berichten; Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen.
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Datenquellen und Reporting-Strukturen; Datenaufbereitung und Visualisierung (z. B. mit Tableau) unter Nutzung von Automatisierung/AI.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit internationalen Manufacturing-Standorten sowie Global Business & Finance Support (GBFS) Team
  
  
  

Erforderliche Ausbildung

• Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft / Finance / Controlling oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  
  
  

Erforderliche Kenntnisse

• Ausgeprägte analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie fundiertes Verständnis von P&L, Kostenstellen und Kostenarten.
• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im fertigungsnahen Controlling oder vergleichbare Bereiche
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (verhandlungssicher).
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine proaktive, lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern.
• Hohe Auffassungsgabe sowie die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in Detailthemen einzuarbeiten und gleichzeitig das Gesamtbild im Blick zu behalten.
• Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in BI-Tools und Datenvisualisierung (idealerweise Tableau).
