General Summary

Qualcomm is a leading supplier of chipset platforms for automotive infotainment. In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for Automotive GenAI products and AI software stack in China. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to promote Qualcomm's on-device AI technologies, industry-leading innovations in edge-side large language models, and product strategies across the AI application, engine, model, and silicon layers, while influencing key decisions across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Ecosystem Expansion: Lead ecosystem engagement with strategic partners and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers to drive adoption of Qualcomm's on-device GenAI solutions across China's automotive market.
  • AI Stack Product Competitiveness : Own competitive analysis against key rivals (e.g., NVIDIA), translate findings into product feature roadmaps, and maintain quarterly-refreshed deliverables including AI Stack Tech Manual (feature matrix, performance benchmarks).
  • Model Delivery & Optimization Coordination: Collaborate with AI SW product planning, model vendors, and leading OEMs to drive model delivery efficiency, quantization analysis automation, and GenAI technology adoption in China.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive communication plans engaging internal teams, customers, third-party partners, and senior management to build alignment, drive buy-in, and successfully manage planned changes.
  • Translate customer requirements, product roadmaps, and organizational strategy into winning product portfolios, and facilitate alignment and decision-making to ensure successful product delivery.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related role within the semiconductor, automotive, or embedded systems industry.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid understanding of on-device AI / edge AI technology stack, including inference engines, model quantization, and LLM deployment on embedded platforms.
  • Familiarity with mainstream AI frameworks and models (e.g., llama.cpp, Transformer architectures, Qwen, etc.) and their optimization for NPU/HTP hardware accelerators.
  • Experience in automotive GenAI or intelligent cockpit ecosystem, with established relationships with China OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or AI solution providers.
  • Solid understanding of automotive infotainment EE architecture and key SoC IP blocks (CPU, GPU, NPU/HTP, DSP).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive infotainment and intelligent cockpit market trends and competitive landscape, especially in the China market.
  • Experience with competitive benchmarking and product positioning against industry leaders (e.g., NVIDIA).
  • Background or familiarity with mobile SoC platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
