What you’ll do

In order to support our ambitious growth plans, we are currently looking for a Product Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our Paris office.

As Product Operations Manager, your role will be to ensure maximum transparency and efficiency across teams to deliver the best quality of service to our clients. In detail you will:

• Design, document, and implement efficient workflows across the whole value chain (technical qualification, onboarding, project launch, operations, reporting, aftersales...),
• Collaborate with all key stakeholders (operations, engineering, business development, founders, customers) to ensure maximum alignment of company objectives,
• Identify pain points and proactively propose pragmatic short-term and long-term solutions,
• Select and successfully implement scalable tools to boost efficiency and communication,
• Challenge priorities and align them with company objectives, ensure deadlines are realistic and met,
• Implement efficient monitoring and continuous progress on our ongoing projects,
• Provide analytics and intelligence to support decisions.

Your primary role is to be the team enabler and coordinator. Still, it is essential for us that you – as the rest of our team – develop an advanced understanding of our technology, engineering operations, and customer expectations. In that regard you will regularly participate in site visits, sprint reviews, customer meetings...

What you bring

• A Masters degree from a top-tier engineering Grande Ecole (X, Mines, Centrale-Supélec, Ponts, Telecom, ENSTA…) or equivalent,
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Project/Product management or operations working in cross-department roles. Previous experience in a tech environment / startup a strong plus,
• You have strong analytical skills, you’re good with numbers and know how to use data to make enlightened decisions,
• You are a process optimization guru. You’re excellent at organizing your and other people’s work, multitasking and priority management are your second nature,
• You are a pragmatic overachiever obsessed with execution, you have a hands-on attitude and love to successfully solve problems,
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, get the most of people’s expertise. You are comfortable making tough decisions even under pressure,
• You are autonomous, curious, willing to learn, not afraid to jump into and crack complex technical systems,
• Your native language is French and your English is fluent.
