What you’ll do

In order to support our ambitious growth plans, we are currently looking for a Junior Energy Manager France (m/f/d) to join our dynamic and versatile team.

You will be part of the Operations team and have a cross-functional role that will combine data analysis, project management, on-site visits, customer service and technical skills. As Energy Manager you will work closely together with our sales team to make sure that customer’s needs are met early on:

Setup new sites

• Audit sites > 10,000m² with MW capacities
• Support project launches with internal and external stakeholders

Sites monitoring:

• Monitor buildings (equipment operation, performance,...) and report operational KPIs to our customers
• Communicate with Facility Management teams to address HVAC-related operational issues

Development and implementation of tools and procedures for the department:

• Contribute to the development of reporting indicators, tools, QA and controls algorithm
• Share pain points and ideas to improve our product and service offering

What you bring

• Master’s education with a focus on energy efficiency, energy management building, HVAC, climate engineering, or other relevant field
• 1-2+ years experience in Energy Management and/or Building Management Systems
• HVAC systems engineering and energy efficiency: strong knowledge of HVAC building equipment, strong understanding of energy usage in buildings
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are a great team worker, and want to build a futuristic energy autopilot for buildings
• A strong capacity/willingness to understand complex and technical systems
• A keen interest in digital issues and new technologies in support of sustainable development
• You are an Excel guru
• A contagious positive attitude!
• Good communication, interpersonal and technical problem-solving skills
• Native French and fluent English, any other language is a plus
