What you’ll do
In order to support our ambitious growth, we are currently looking for an Energy Manager (m/f/d) in France to join our dynamic and versatile team. Placed within the Operations team, this cross-functional role combines data analysis, project management, on-site visits, client contact and technical skills.
As Energy Manager you are responsible for the smooth deployment and running of our solution, working closely with facility managers and our sales team, to make sure that customer’s needs are met early on.
Working in fast collaborative mode, this position will also give you direct access to key understandings in both sales and product strategy.

Your main missions:
1/ Run building analysis and set-up new sites:
- Conduct on-site energy audits (organize visits, prepare material, interview the Facility Management team, run a feasibility study, installation tour, diagnostics, analyse technical documentation…) in > 10.000m² with MW capacities;
- Understand the daily operation of the building & potential issues and participate in setting energy management objectives in relation with the other departments;
- Support project launches with internal and external stakeholders (planification, coordination, responsibility in meeting deadlines…).
2/ Carry-out optimizations and follow-up activities:
- Analyse data and define energy savings potential along with action plans;
- Monitor sites (equipment operation, performance, costs, schedules...) collecting and controlling data;
- Report operational KPIs to our customers;
- Communicate with Facility Management teams to address HVAC-related operational issues.
3/ Work on continuous implementation and development of tools and procedures:
- Contribute to optimizing and designing reporting indicators, tools, QA and controls algorithm;
- Share pain points and ideas to improve our product and service offering;
- Propose and initiate improvements actions for our internal technical processes.
What you’ll bring
- Master’s degree with a focus on energy, climate engineering or other relevant field
- 3/4 years experience in Energy Management and/or Building Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and energy efficiency
- Experience with BMS software highly desirable
- Strong capacity/willingness to understand complex and technical systems
- A keen interest in digital issues and new technologies in support of sustainable development
- You are an Excel guru
- Familiarity with policies and legislation around energy usage in buildings
- Automation systems knowledge and data science skills (Python) are a strong plus
- Training in electrical risks and security issues appreciated (not required)
- Native French and fluent English (any other language is a plus)
