🚀 Your Role: Customer & Automation Strategist

This role blends strategic client ownership in the DACH region with the design of scalable tools and processes to support our global growth.

You’ll turn insights from the field into efficient ways of working—ensuring what we learn from our clients directly shapes how we scale. Working across teams (Operations, Product, Engineering, Data, Business) and borders, you’ll contribute through streamlining and standardization, to scaling both execution and impact. You’ll partner across teams to identify manual workflows and bottlenecks and deliver automated solutions. Using no-code platforms, AI-powered tools, and scripting, you’ll design, prototype, and deploy tools that improve operational efficiency and empower teams.

📍This role is based in Berlin.

🔥 Your Missions

  • Collaborate with our Energy Managers to manage strategic accounts in the DACH region and act as a trusted point of contact for our clients;
  • Leverage customer insights to inform our roadmap and design scalable workflows that deliver strong client value;
  • Align cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Engineering, Data) to design, implement, and optimize operational processes that prioritize scalability through automation strategies;
  • Build and track KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor project progress, customer engagement, and service quality through data-driven insights.

🎓 Your Profile

  • 4–6 years of experience in project management, product operations, or customer success in fast-paced environments;
  • Tech-savvy and curious, with a hands-on mindset to build smart solutions;
  • Excellent communication skills; able to engage with both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Structured, analytical, and execution-driven, with strong organizational instincts;
  • Proficient in digital tools and data analysis, including SQL, basic scripting (e.g. Python), and visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI);
  • Fluency in German and English required. French or another European language is a plus.
