What you’ll do
In order to support our ambitious growth plans, we are currently looking for an Energy Manager France (m/f/d) to join our dynamic and versatile Paris team.
You will be part of the Operations team and have a cross-functional role that will combine data analysis, project management, on-site visits, customer service and technical skills.
As Energy Manager you will be fully dedicated to the achievement of energy savings.
Your main responsibilities :
Setup new sites:
- On-site installation of Thermosphr solution
- Coordinate and plan project launches with internal and external stakeholders
- Audit sites and define the energy saving strategy
- Implementation of first control including training and buy in of stakeholders
Sites monitoring:
- Optimize energy consumption of our customer’s buildings, manage alert and monitor comfort
- Monitor projects (performance, cost, timeline...) and report operational KPIs to our customers
- Communicate with customers/Facility Management teams to address HVAC-related operational issues
Development and implementation of tools and procedures for the department:
- Contribute to the development of reporting indicators, tools, and QA
- Share the customers’ needs to improve our product and service offering
- Proactively participate in improving our solution and controls algorithm
What you bring
- Master’s education with a focus on energy efficiency, energy management building, HVAC, climate engineering, building automation (BMS) or other relevant field
- A first experience (2+ years) experience in Energy Management and/or Building Management Systems
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are a great team worker, and want to build a futuristic energy autopilot for buildings
- You are comfortable with on-site operational visits
- A strong capacity/willingness to understand complex and technical systems
- A keen interest in digital issues and new technologies in support of sustainable development
- You are an Excel guru
- A contagious positive attitude!
- Good communication, interpersonal and technical problem-solving skills
- Native French and fluent in English. Any other language is a plus.
- Additional assets:
- HVAC systems engineering and energy efficiency: strong knowledge of HVAC building equipment, strong understanding of energy usage in buildings
- Prior experience in the building sector
