Roles & Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.
- Manage demand generation activities across LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, digital channels, and industry platforms.
- Support lead nurturing initiatives and improve marketing-to-sales conversion.
- Work closely with the Sales team to align campaigns with business objectives and pipeline targets.
Content & Brand Marketing
- Develop high-quality marketing content including:
- Case Studies
- Customer Success Stories
- Blogs
- Whitepapers
- Product Brochures
- Presentations
- Thought Leadership Articles
- Translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer-focused messaging.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all channels.
- Support brand-building initiatives to strengthen Unbox Robotics' market presence.
Digital Marketing
- Manage website content and SEO initiatives.
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve inbound marketing effectiveness and lead acquisition.
Events & Industry Outreach
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, and webinars.
- Manage pre-event planning, event execution, and post-event follow-up activities.
- Support PR initiatives, media engagement, and industry outreach programs.
- Develop event-related marketing collateral and communication materials.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Track campaign performance and key marketing KPIs.
- Measure marketing contribution to sales pipeline and business growth.
- Maintain marketing assets, collateral, and campaign documentation.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, content creators, and marketing partners when required.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Requirements
Must Have
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and enterprise customer journeys
- Proven experience in demand generation and lead generation campaigns
- Excellent content writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing digital marketing channels and campaigns
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive improvements
- Ability to independently manage multiple marketing initiatives
Good to Have
- Experience in Robotics, Automation, Logistics, Warehousing, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or B2B SaaS industries
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Exposure to SEO, paid campaigns, marketing analytics, and performance marketing
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and account-based marketing initiatives
- Exposure to international markets and global marketing campaigns
Eligible Candidates
Desired Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management is preferred
Work Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related functions
