Job Summary:

As an SEO Manager/Specialist at UnScript, you will play a crucial role in driving organic growth and lead generation for our B2B SaaS offerings. We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in B2C and B2P markets who can leverage their expertise to craft innovative SEO strategies that resonate with a wide audience. Your main goal will be to attract and convert qualified leads, optimizing our online presence to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement SEO strategies focused on lead generation.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword analysis to identify opportunities that align with our target audiences and content strategy.
  • On-Page Optimization: Enhance website elements such as meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content structure for maximum search engine visibility.
  • Content Collaboration: Partner with content teams to develop engaging, SEO-driven resources like blogs, landing pages, and case studies that resonate with potential leads.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct audits and work with developers to improve website speed, mobile usability, schema markup, and overall crawlability.
  • Link Building: Execute off-page SEO strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources, driving domain authority and visibility.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor performance, identify gaps, and optimize for conversions.
  • Platform Optimization: Adapt SEO strategies for diverse platforms and ensure alignment across social media, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze competitor strategies to identify trends and opportunities to outperform them in search rankings.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record in B2C or B2P environments.
  • Expertise in Lead Generation: Demonstrated success in driving organic lead generation campaigns.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SEO tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Content Strategy Alignment: Ability to collaborate with content creators to produce high-performing, SEO-optimized materials.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven approach to measure and improve SEO performance.
  • Up-to-Date Knowledge: Stay current with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork across functions.
