Sciensus are currently looking for a Healthcare Support Worker. You will be educating and training patients via Virtual Platform. You will deliver services in a customer focused, patient centric manner that optimises therapeutic benefit, maximising adherence to treatment and providing a positive patient experience, whilst complying with relevant quality and contractual requirements.

You will work as a key member of the Virtual Services team, providing effective high-quality telephone and virtual support to patients. You will accurately complete and maintain patient information using software and, telephone and virtual systems ensuring the delivery of a quality service and the maintenance of quality standards.

This all sounds great - What key skills do I need to apply:
Previous care experience of working within a healthcare setting (care home, homecare setting, GP Practice, Hospital)
Ability to communicate complex and sensitive information
Ability to work autonomously, within scope of role, seek advice as appropriate and ability to summon help in an emergency
Be computer literate with Microsoft excel, word and power point
Demonstrates awareness / knowledge of nursing procedures and practices
Able to competently carry out assigned clinical tasks / procedures after training
