We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR ops team on a permanent basis.

A typical day will see you working alongside the HR Coordinators, and being responsible for:

- HR Enquiries inbox
- Personal file maintenance
- Ensuring people records are up to date
- Raising invoices on FinOps
- Disclosure & professional registration renewals

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources as you will have the option to complete your level 3 CIPD apprenticeship and contribute to the smooth running of HR operations.

This is a hybrid working model, the team usually comes into the office on a Tuesday/Wednesday

What is required?

- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to pick up HR systems. (Resourcelink Experience a distinct advantage)
- A flexible approach to working.

This role requires you to have a strong adherence to company processes, and be confident with independent working.
Although some basic HR experience is an advantage it is not essential to be selected for this role.

What does this role offer?

Working 40 hours per week between 8am – 6pm (part time hours considered), you will earn a salary of £27,040.00 per annum, and have the opportunity to develop into a co-ordinator role.
