We have an opportunity for someone to join Sciensus as a 'Supervisor' and be a part of our compounding facilities strategic growth.

By joining us as ‘compounding unit supervisor’ you will be involved in the organisation and management of the compounding unit, reviewing standards, stock management and ensuring all documentation is complete ready for audit.

Day to day responsibilities will see you being responsible for all staff on shift, ensuring work is conducted in line with regulation, you will also maintain training compliance alongside performance management.

This is a full-time role based in our Burton on Trent compounding unit, covering two shift patterns between 6am - 9pm Monday to Friday.

By contributing to the strategic planning of the compounding unit you will play a vital role in the end-to-end clinical fulfilment, which enhances our patient’s journey.

What is required?

In addition to being a strong leader who can motivate their team and drive performance, success in this position will require you to have knowledge of pharmaceutical operations, including

- GMP

- Regulatory standards

- Aseptic techniques

- Cleanroom protocols

- Standard operating procedures
