Sciensus are seeking a Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our Technology team. This will be Burton based and is a hybrid role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Insights Analyst to drive strategic, data‑led decisions across our organisation. In this hands‑on role, you’ll partner with stakeholders, build advanced analytical solutions, and turn data into meaningful stories that influence clinical, operational and commercial impact.
What you’ll be doing:
Designing and delivering modern BI solutions using Power BI and Databricks
Creating robust data models and writing expert‑level SQL
Providing deep statistical insight to support key business decisions
Developing engaging dashboards and visual analytics for real-world patient and healthcare outcomes
Mentoring analysts and helping drive our data strategy forward
What you’ll bring:
Advanced SQL and Power BI expertise
Strong data modelling and statistical skills
Excellent communication and storytelling ability
Experience in BI, analytics or data-rich environments
A proactive, strategic mindset
