Are you an experienced Credit Control professional ready to step into a leadership role where your impact is felt across the business?

We’re looking for a Credit Control Lead to drive cash collection performance, improving DSO, and leading a high-performing team.

This is a hybrid working role, co into our Burton office at least 2 days a week.

What You’ll Be Doing -

As a key leader in our Finance Shared Services team, you’ll:

Drive cash performance – delivering against targets, improving aged debt and DSO

Lead and develop a team – coaching, mentoring, and inspiring success

Own key customer relationships – acting as the escalation point and SME

Provide cash forecasting & reporting to stakeholders across the business

Champion continuous improvement – identifying efficiencies and enhancing processes

Oversee credit processes – from payer setup approvals to system integrity

Create a positive team culture with regular engagement, feedback, and incentives

What You’ll Bring -

Proven Credit Control experience

Strong people leadership or mentoring ability

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Solid understanding of cash collection, reconciliation & query resolution

Confidence using Excel & accounting systems

High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Professional qualifications (e.g. CICM) are a bonus—but not essential.
