At Sciensus, we’re looking to appoint a talented 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst

This is a permanent position, hybrid work coming into our Burton office 2 days a week.

What You’ll be Doing

Step into a pivotal role where you’ll be the go-to expert for escalated IT issues, ensuring smooth, efficient resolution across the business. You’ll:

Act as the key escalation point for 1st Line support
Troubleshoot complex issues across desktops, servers, networks, and applications
Support and enhance Microsoft environments (O365, Azure, Intune, SCCM, Windows)
Collaborate with 3rd line teams and external partners
Drive improvements by identifying recurring issues and sharing knowledge
Support IT projects and infrastructure/security initiatives
Mentor and upskill Service Desk colleagues

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You’re not just technical—you’re proactive, people-focused, and driven to deliver results.

Strong experience in IT Service Desk / 2nd Line support
Solid Microsoft stack knowledge (Azure, O365, AD, Exchange, Windows)
Understanding of networking (LAN/WAN/VPN)
Certifications like ITIL, A+, AZ-900 (or equivalent experience)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Passion for technology and continuous learning
