About Endless Commerce
Endless Commerce is a SaaS company building the operational backbone for consumer brands growing from Shopify into retail and beyond. Think about the brands you actually buy: apparel, beauty, food, home goods. We’re the software that keeps their inventory, orders, and supply chain from imploding as they scale.
Our podcast is called Commerce is Chaos.
About Samantha
Samantha Rose is CEO, co-founder, serial founder, and the host of Commerce is Chaos. She’s built brands from her kitchen table to national retail and has been sharing what she’s learned (unfiltered) on LinkedIn, Substack, and the podcast for years. She has a real audience, a distinct voice, and a lot happening in front of and behind the camera we’d like you to capture.
The Role
We’re looking for a part-time Content Creation Associate to join us in San Clemente weekly. This is a hands-on, real-work role, rather than a “watch and learn” internship. You’ll be doing the actual shooting and editing that feeds Samantha’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. This role reports to the Head of Content.
What you’ll do:
Edit short-form clips from Commerce is Chaos podcast episodes for LinkedIn and social: punchy, well-paced, no fluff
Shoot IRL footage and B-roll of Samantha at and around the office for use across platforms
Help build out a library of vertical video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn video
-
Support our small but mighty content team in executing a weekly social cadence
Who We’re Looking For
You’re studying film, communications, marketing, media, or something adjacent — or you’ve just been editing on your own long enough that your skills are solid and ready to roll. You know your way around editing tools, have opinions about pacing, are deadline-oriented, and can adhere to a content calendar.
You should be within driving distance of San Clemente and able to commit to weekly on-site hours. The rest of the work is remote. This role is part-time (roughly 10–15 hours/week) with flexibility around your schedule.
Bonus if you have an eye for what performs on short-form video.
What You’ll Get
Real portfolio work and actual published content with a real audience and increasing metrics to show for it. You’ll leave with edited clips, shooting experience, and a working understanding of how content strategy operates inside a fast-moving startup. You’ll be working directly with the Head of Content (remote) and alongside Samantha (IRL), not buried in a marketing department somewhere.
$20/hour. Flexible hours. A team that will actually invest in what you’re learning and celebrate your wins.
