We’re a fully remote team of 50+ people building the market-leading design system management platform 🚀

More on how we work here: zeroheight remote-first playbook

zeroheight enables companies to document, maintain, and scale their design systems — all in one central hub. Here is an example of Uber’s design system site built with zeroheight.

Join us on our mission to enable every product team in the world to ship magical user experiences 10x faster than today.

👈 Who you are

You're an experienced growth marketer or demand generation specialist who can own acquisition across paid, organic, and website channels — from strategy through to execution and measurement.

You cover the full funnel, bring your own ideas, and know how to get them done. You're analytical and data-driven, comfortable making calls with incomplete information — zooming in on campaign performance and out to where growth is coming from and where to invest next.

You're commercially minded, connecting investments through to pipeline and revenue. And you're a strong enough writer to translate product and audience understanding into copy and campaigns that land.

You'll be joining a close-knit team where your judgment is trusted and we want you to shape how we approach growth, not just execute a brief.

📝 What you'll do

📣 Full-funnel paid acquisition

Own strategy and execution across paid channels, from awareness through to retargeting. Write ad copy, direct creative, manage budgets, and optimise toward lead growth and pipeline impact. Identify and test new channels — newsletters, Reddit, review platforms — and make the case for where to invest further. Bring an account-based lens to paid, working with sales to coordinate activity against key accounts and target segments.

🔍 SEO and GEO

Own organic visibility strategy and reporting across SEO and GEO. You'll identify keyword and content opportunities, execute on-site optimisations, and direct technical SEO work with our developer — feeding insights into the content team and staying close to what's driving performance. On the GEO side, you understand what signals influence AI-driven search and translate that into activity that shapes how tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity surface products like ours.

💻 Website ownership and CRO

Own the website as a growth asset and lead our conversion rate optimisation programme. You'll bring a clear point of view on what a high-performing B2B SaaS website looks like, translate that into a prioritised roadmap, manage the backlog, and work closely with our developer to ship improvements. You’ll run CRO end to end — forming hypotheses, testing messaging, page structure, CTAs, and landing pages, and sharing insights with the team.

📊 Analytics and measurement

Own measurement across your channels — building attribution frameworks, reporting that makes clear what's working, and structured experiments to inform where to go next. You're comfortable across paid platforms, HubSpot, and web analytics, get stuck into the data yourself, and work closely with sales to understand lead flow and support their outreach efforts.

✍️ Content collaboration and copywriting

Work closely with our content team to identify what will best support acquisition, SEO, and GEO. You bring strong copywriting skills and invest in understanding the customer, the product, and the market — translating that into copy and content that resonates across landing pages, ads, campaigns, and SEO.

⚙️ Skills we're looking for

If you don't tick every box but think you'd be a great fit, please apply.

  • Proven experience running full-funnel B2B paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads — strategy, copywriting, creative direction, budget management, and optimisation
  • Strong working knowledge of SEO — keyword research, on-site optimisation, technical SEO — with the ability to both analyse and implement
  • Understanding of GEO and the factors that influence AI-driven search visibility
  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to a B2B SaaS website, with a clear point of view on CRO, user journeys, and conversion performance
  • Comfortable doing your own reporting and analysis across platforms, building attribution models, and using data to make decisions
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign setup, reporting, and pipeline measurement
  • A test-and-learn mindset — experience running structured channel experiments and finding new opportunities through experimentation
  • Strong copywriting skills — able to write ad copy, landing pages, and campaign messaging that converts
  • Demonstrable use of AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow

💪 Bonus skills

  • Experience with both PLG and sales-assisted motions — whether at companies running each separately or together
  • Exposure to account-based marketing — coordinating paid, content, and outreach activity around target accounts to drive pipeline from high-fit segments
  • Exposure to other paid channels beyond LinkedIn and Google (e.g. newsletters, Reddit, review platforms) and experience testing or scaling these
  • Hands-on prototyping or basic web development skills (e.g. Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Amplitude or similar analytics tools
  • Experience in the design, developer, or product tooling space

5 reasons to apply

  1. You want real ownership, not a brief to execute. You'll set the strategy across paid, organic, website, and ABM — with the autonomy to back your instincts, run experiments, and make the call on where to invest next.
  2. You want a product with a compelling story to tell. zeroheight is the market leader in design systems software — used by some of the best product teams in the world, at a moment when the category is evolving fast.
  3. You want to grow, adapt and evolve. We invest in personal and professional development — with a yearly education budget, 10% time to work on projects of your choice, and a focus on making sure your growth is a real priority, not an afterthought.
  4. You want to be treated as human. We're committed to supporting mental wellness as we grow. We provide a free mental health support programme, a monthly wellness budget, and — perhaps most importantly — we're working to normalise talking about mental health with your manager and peers.
  5. You'll be joining at an interesting moment. We're the market leader in design system documentation, backed by Tribe Capital, Y Combinator, and Adobe — and we're now expanding into a much larger opportunity in DesignOps. There's a lot of interesting work ahead.
