Role and responsibility

We're looking for a motivated, get-s*it-done attitude lab technician to join our great team in the early days.

Your responsibilities include :

• Prepare the inorganic powder samples by weighing, mixing and grinding.
• Sample handling and moving to the designated stations.
• Prepare and characterize the physical and chemical properties of inorganic materials.
• Accurately record data and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
• Working with and assisting our team of experts with the synthesis of groundbreaking materials.
• Assist in the development and optimization of new laboratory methods and procedures.

Qualifications

• You have previous experience as a lab technician or a similar role.
• Skills in electronics, including maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment is a plus.
• You speak fluent English (the day-to-day language is in English) and French.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and best practices.
• Organized, and ability to accurately record data.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must have a valid work permit for France.
