At Altrove, we are bridging the gap between crystal structure prediction and inorganic material synthesis by using our deep AI expertise and high-throughput laboratory.
Role and responsibility
We’re looking for a senior commercial expert with deep technical expertise to accelerate Altrove’s go-to-market strategy and help transform groundbreaking R&D into multi-million euro contracts with global industrial players. Altrove is a small team, and you’ll work closely with the founders, Strategy and Ops Director and the entire company. You will be expected to work and proactively participate in:
- GTM & Commercial Strategy – contribute and execute Altrove’s commercialization strategy, from enterprise pilot programs to scaled adoption.
- Enterprise Sales & Contracts – lead negotiations and close multi-million euro agreements with senior executives at large enterprises.
- Partnerships & Ecosystem – identify, approach, and secure strategic partnerships with OEMs, global manufacturers, and industrial groups.
- Assist in Fundraising & Investor Relations – support the leadership team in future fundraising rounds.
- Legal & Regulatory – oversee legal structuring of contracts, licensing models, and compliance for global material distribution.
- Leadership & Credibility – bring seniority and external credibility to Altrove.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales or business development (ideally in deeptech, advanced materials, semiconductors, or cleantech).
- Demonstrated success in closing large, complex industrial contracts (€1M+).
- Experience in commercializing new technologies and working with executives at medium and large companies.
- Knowledge of contract law, licensing, and industrial supply chains a strong plus
- Exposure to venture fundraising, corporate development, or M&A a plus
- International experience across Europe, US, and / or Asia appreciated
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Get-s*it-done attitude and fluent English.
